RTAnt birthplaces of Cantonese cuisine. After thousands of years of inheritance and improvement, Shunde cuisine has formed a unique artistic style. In 2014, UNESCO awarded Shunde the title of “World Food Capital”. It’s the sixth city in the world to receive this honor. This documentary takes food as the starting point, and records the life about food of more than 30 Shunde people and the wonderful stories of nearly 100 Shunde dishes. It shows the distinctive and rich regional cultural characteristics of Shunde.
